Dinner at the Distillery with Masterchef Dan Britten

We are looking forward to welcoming you to a wonderfully exclusive pop up event at Distillers Of Surrey and co-hosted with Masterchef 2015 Semi Finalist and Restaurateur, Dan Britten.

Located in the beautiful village of Ripley, right by the picturesque Papercourt Lake - join us as you are welcomed into the distillery with an award winning gin and tonic followed by an exquisite three course meal:

Starter

Surrey Venison carpaccio rolled in Distilleries of Surrey gin botanicals served with pickled mushrooms, truffled egg yolk & fried crumb

Main

Roast Cornish monkfish with charred & spiced cauliflower, Jerusalem artichoke & a creamy Saffron sauce

Dessert

Cardamom custard tart with rose, roasted pistachio and caramelised apple compote

We will also be running a fully stocked bar of wine, Prosecco, soft drinks and of course our three gin editions which you can purchase in addition to your ticket price. Cash and cards accepted
