Our Love Edition has the same carefully selected botanicals as our Solstice Edition but with the addition of English Rose Petals and Butterfly Pea Flowers which when infused in the Gin gives it its natural soft blue colour. By adding an acidic ingredient such as tonic water, the PH levels change resulting in a colour changing gin: from blue to pink!
