SOLSTICE EDITION 70cl

Eight delicately balanced botanicals inspired by the English summer, form this fresh and intriguing London Dry Gin. Poised at 42% ABV, our Solstice Edition has a traditional Juniper body, floral notes of Elderflower, paired with zesty Pink Grapefruit.

 

Perfect serve - plenty of ice, premium Indian or Elderflower tonic and a twist of Pink Grapefruit peel to garnish

AROMATIC EDITION 70cl

Twelve inviting botanicals make our Aromatic Edition.  Inspired by the finest UK ingredients , we sourced  British grown Olives, Rosemary and Bay Leaf from Surrey, and the UK's first Tea plantation in Cornwall,  thus defining this as a Quintessentially English London Dry Gin.

 

Perfect serve - plenty of ice, premium Mediterranean tonic and a sprig of fresh Rosemary to garnish

NAUTICAL EDITION 70cl

With a polite nod to our naval heritage here in Ripley, we created our Nautical Edition. Nine botanicals were carefully selected to form our 57% ABV/100 proof London Dry Gin. Featuring a Juniper-forward aroma, complimented by the delicate notes of Angelica seed and zesty Lime.

    Distillers Of Surrey was launched in June 2018 at Ripley's Grape & Grain festival.  A family run company launched by Simon and Lianne Sherlock.  Simon's background in the drinks industry originated in June 2015 having joined Silent Pool Gin where he worked on multiple award winning distillates, culminating in him leaving as their Head Distiller in December 2017. 

    Distillers Of Surrey launched with their artisan small batch, handcrafted range, Sherlock & Sons in homage to Simon & Lianne's three young sons, Hamish, Charlie and Monty.  The Sherlock & Sons range has a focus on British ingredients, British label manufacturers and designers.  Using locally sourced botanicals of the finest quality and origins.  With craftsmanship at the heart of the process, from distilling to hand filling and labeling. Distillers Of Surrey are focused entirely on creating beautifully crafted spirits with uncompromising attention on quality and ethics.
